I moved in 13709 chadron back in 2021 this was the biggest regret in life. The manager Stephanie Hernandez is not only the biggest disappointment in management but also the worst employee I have ever met. When I moved in this first week I notice that the maintenance staff has painted roaches to the inside of my cabinets and when I told management all they said was ooh sorry . Then 3 weeks in I came home to my bathroom ceiling caved in an my tub full of black water that I had to clean up. As well as after they figured out it was the plumbing from the lady upstairs they told me someone would come fix the whole the next day. They didn’t come “fix” the whole tile two weeks later and they still didn’t even patch it up til 2023. Then when moving in I asked if I can install a screen door and when I move will I have any problems with taking it they said no I can take it. Not the case fast forward to 2025 I’m being bullied in to not being able to take my door without paying Damage fees. When my door well already has holes from the previous tent who had a door an took it with them. Then another incident where the water heater room was leaking water from upstairs an left nasty brown stains on the ceiling that took me complaining numerous times to get someone to come fix it. As well as in the stair well a tent kept pissing all over the floor near my parking spot an would take them days to clean up. An when I kept complaining they said sorry we can’t do anything about that, as humans being we should be able to live in a clean environment not like animals. Then the reason Stephanie Hernandez continues to retaliate again me an my family is because just a few months ago they had maintenance working on the parking garage, an did not let anyone know. The maintenance people left a pole hanging an when driving in with my truck it cracked my front window and when I called to complain and ask for them to fix it , she gave me the hardest time saying it’s not the buildings fault for the damages. After going back a fourth a telling the I would sue they finally paid for damages. Since then I have got notices on my doors to enter an to checks on my apartment 6x a that we can’t have nothing in-front of our car. Everyone in the complex has stuff all I had was a stroller if it wasn’t cleared out I was threaten to have my belongings trashed a when speaking to other neighbors they never received. After bring this up to Stephanie she said i was not being related against a that everyone will be getting one. I made sure to take photos of all incidents from the roaches to now. I just this it very sad that I’m the only tent that sweeps the outside of my apartment, I report all things I see broken in the apartment because nobody ever does but me the washers are broken every week . I do my part an for some reason I constantly get attached for not only being a good tent who’s always on time with my rent never later but also I take pride in trying to keep the apartment complex clean unlike the staff.

Pretty disappointed in my move out process and how it was so hands off. Then they took $385 for a paint job??? Seems extreme. My manager Eric never responded in a timely manner, he wouldn’t be straight up half the time I’m still waiting to hear about why I have a certain charge on my account. They took very minimal care of the grounds I lived on and while I appreciate how they left us all alone they didn’t do anything to improve our experience or our building itself. It was really easy to apply and get approved. They asked me to write a review after my application but I knew better than to review a place I hadn’t dealt with yet. This is definitely one of the better property management areas in LA but that’s not to say they won’t trick you, disregard you and still basically treat you as slumlords do. All maintenance was always taken care of. Everything else, meh. Really appalled by the way everyone had started ghosting me when I have asked for answers and clarifications. They’re begging to be seen in small claims.

Theo was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and we truly appreciate the time and effort he put in. I’ve had a great experience with Jamison Management Company! The team has been incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their online portal is also fantastic—very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. Kyle Sparkman is a professional who does tight and efficient work. His understanding of how to address maintenance issues had exceeded the work of multiple teams brought in before him; specifically, he quite literally did what multiple men could not do, which was once and for address my maintenance issue. Kyle is an asset to Jamison Management Company and as a resident I consider him a professional who has proven himself to be both capable and reliable. Thank you Kyle for what you do!

My leasing agent Julie, was amazing!!!
She provided me with all the information, video before I even arrived to view the apartment. She was very pleasant and always answered ( and I had a lot of questions! 😂)my questions post visit. She addressed all my concerns. I can’t wait to move in!

I just want to give a huge shout out to Paulina and Stephanie and to the whole Jamison team. I’m beyond grateful I chose to live at a property with people who are so kind it’s not all the time that you get to meet people in property management that make you feel like they are a piece of your family to you. This company is amazing!!! They truly care and are just wonderful people and I love my apartment so much the maintenance team is awesome too, and my neighbors are amazing. Don’t hesitate to rent with Jamison you won’t regret it they will take good care of you and you will feel so at home in your wonderful place. They are always a call or email away. :)
