Had horrible experience while renting from Milwaukee property management 8809 west Villard….CHAIM is not great at communicating at all…BILLY who WAS the maintenance man is very very unprofessional they messy and always in tenants business…they believe he say she say from other tenants living in the unit I don’t care if they newbies they call in report something they believes it….i was harassed months by a tenant that was living in unit…to where Chaim threatened to give me a 5 day notice FOR BEEN A Nuisance….when the tenant was the issues…force me to break my lease becuz of the tenant…made it seem like I was the issues and the whole time she was the issues…I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY AT ALL…let tenant do what she’s want went she wants….had to live like this from June to October 31,2024 police was constantly at my door for her…I don’t care if I call or she call they took her side….i have videos as well…it’s holes all in the roof to where you paying to stay with squirrels and raccoons living in walls you can hear them!!!!!billy told me they wasn’t gonna fix anything in my place becuz I wouldn’t tell him the maintenance man when my lease was up!!!! When technically Chaim was supposed to communicate that with him!!!!! Overall they are not good to rent from

This is the absolute worst property management company I have ever encountered. Billy and Chaim. These are arrogant humans. They throw the responsibility back and forth so they don’t have to take care of the property. Their moto is screw over the poor to grow their pockets. They also abuse section 8. Charging both the tent 4x rent and the county. They need to get sued.

Horrible experience. Moved into a house for a year and they were horrible. They had horrible communication, our washer leaked, our AC didn’t work, and our driveway was so damaged that it broke my roommates bumper off their car. We requested maintenance and no one ever came. We didn’t pay for energy for months because they didn’t process it correctly, and we got a huge check for it when we already paid it. Even worse, the owner of our house fired real property management during our lease and no one told us. We were screwed over when we realized OUR PORTAL APP WAS DEACTIVATED. Horrible company do not rent any of their properties.

My husband and I had the best experience renting through Milwaukee Property Management. Haim was always incredibly prompt and responsive, as well as our landlord, Eliot. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in owning or renting property.

Very responsive. Based on Haim's years of experience-he shares his expert advice when asked. Takes all the worry or of owning rental properties. I sleep well knowing that MPM is resolving all problems from delinquent or problem tenants to clogged sewer lines. I heartedly recommend Milwaukee Property Management.

Milwaukee Property Management has done an excellent job managing my properties. When someone moves out a new renter quickly moves in. I rarely if ever loose a month’s rent. Repairs are taken care of quickly and inexpensively. I highly recommend Milwaukee Property Management. .
