KM coordinated all of the fixes to make sure the home was ready to put on the market...she was incredible! Aidan was our realtor--super responsive, proactive, and professional...we couldn't have asked for a better agent! Finally, Yolanda made the necessary sales paperwork as easy as possible...she answered all of our questions and was on top of all the requirements necessary for the sale...we were able to close in only three weeks with zero issues! This company is great to rent from! When we first moved in July 2020 we noticed over the next few months our electric bills were very high. I asked for an inspection of the AC because I wanted to make sure it was working properly. Turns out it needed to be replaced. They replaced it no questions asked and everything has been going great. Maintenance requests are handled in 24-48 hours depending on what it is. The website is very easy to use making rent payments and requests. The office staff is always friendly and listens to our needs. I would highly recommend renting from RGroup.

I am not yet a landlord but if I were, I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my properties that RGroup Realty Execs. Just the sheer amount of vetting this company puts into evaluating prospective tenants shows how they protect the assets of their landlords as if they owned the property themselves. I've been in contact with Dennis and Steve to learn about how I can build out my residential income from ground zero and I'm on the path to get there.
