Is like everybody says how can you deal with these property management people when they never respond to you or answer the phone or send you an email telling you you got accept it or denied. It's kind of messed up how they did. Just shove you off and ignore you when you really need a place. It shows that if you got an email or a text message or they would answer the phone and tell you got accepted or denied it shows that respect for the other people only takes 2 seconds to do all that

Scam..Waste of time..paid 20 dollars for an application that i still have not recieved an approval or denial letter. Seems like They only reply to all negative reviews Right Away. but can't get to applications in a timely matter..complete Waste of time..the unit i wanted is no longer available and i had to find that out myself. Still have not heard from anyone...it does not take 2 weeks and counting to process an application...this company needs to be looked into.

This place is definitely a scam. Yes, they do charge $20 application fee, eventhough in one of the comments, they responded to a person stating they don't. They sent me a message about sending back my application fee, never did. I submitted all documents and information needed to qualify. No, my application was not rejected or denied. They literally continuously sent text messages about moving application to another available unit, thay later was announced to no longer being available. Definitely do not recommend. The BBB, the Inspector Attorney General, Housing Equal Opportunity , definitely needs to look further into this "business ".

Been calling for weeks left at least 4 Voicemails no response. Decided to stop by the office for help no sign on the building with their name on it but a sheet of copy paper on the door saying appointments only but how can you get an appointment if no one ever answers the phone or return your call I did not complete an application with so many scams out there I’d prefer to verify a company info first maybe they need to hire a secretary or maybe look for interns to help handle the business if this is a true legitimate company but from the looks of it it seems Shady for those of you thinking about putting in a application you should verify first this company will not call you back I will be reporting them to the BBB hopefully someone can report this scam of a so called business. PROPERTY OWNERS DO YOUR RESEARCH YOUR PAYING THESE PEOPLE ABD THEY ARE NOT DOING WHAT YOUR ASKING OF THEM Don’t waste YOUR TIME OR MONEY Google should allow you to give 0 stars I’m convinced the 4, 5 star reviews are paid actors

Applied to a unit never heard back left tons of voicemails sent emails no response over the span of several weeks this place might be a scam. When you call their phone line states it’s sending you a list but it really doesn’t even if an application is denied which I never heard anything back they should respond in some way. I am actually glad I didn’t rent with this company imagine being a Tena trying to get in contact with someone and you can’t horrible horrible btw I would of did zero stars but they make you pick at least one

I have had a great experience with Rochester Property Solutions! The apartments that they manage are in great condition and are meticulously maintained. It is evidently clear that they have a high bar set for their minimum standard. As a Realtor I frequently recommend their services to both investors or prospective tenants in search of a new home. Keep up the great work!
