Everything that followed was seamless, I was able to view the apartment and address any concerns, the team was ON IT! On move in day, Kristine was so kind to provide me with updates regarding key retrieval, lock box codes etc. I am so happy with this team, they are prompt and efficient. Thankful for my new home!

Extreme lack in communication after submitting the application. Denied due to “inconsistencies” after finally reaching someone. 2 great incomes and decent credit and no evictions. But the ad stated section 8 preferred so I guess that was my down fall. Very disappointed and unprofessional how the lack of communication is.

The process was easy, I picked the apartment I liked set up a time for self tour. Kristine sent me the paperwork, I filled it out and she took care of the rest. Now I'm in my place cozy, best part the rent is affordable (no roomies) and I'm located in a great location!!

Terrible customer service. I was looking through multiple addresses of apartments and left a few voicemails. I got a call back from this place from the voicemail that I left, and the man was extremely snappy when I asked if he could verify the address that they're selling as I went through the few addresses that I left voicemails to. He said "there's a reason why we have a website" and was not understanding over the simple situation of me looking at multiple amartments at once. When I finally said the one that he covered, he repeated the rude comment he said when I picked up the phone about how that's the one I called about. Although the rude unprofessionalism was testing my limits, I didn't show that I was angry. He was extremely passive aggressive about everything he said. He hung up after saying that he hopes that I have a "better day" in a sarcastic manner. Never have I ever come across such a terrible customer service member in the duration of my life. I only asked a couple questions and he was very condescending and negative. I would not recommend getting an apartment with this company considering how bad they treat random people.

Had this company managing a property for me and during those 7 months they did, is was only a headache after the other. They made me pay thousands of dollars for things the tenants broke. The deposits in my business account did not match what the monthly statements showed. And when I called to inquiry in regards missing funds, total silence. Nobody answered my calls or emails. So I had enough of mismanagement and missing moneys and changed management companies. So is a big NO from me when it comes to recommending this company. Safe yourself a bunch of headaches, money and stress. This is not it. Joe Strong is the greatest sales person I’ve met. Kudos for him, and in my opinion he is the only good part with this management company.
