Although the office will confuse you for an abandoned house the staff is more than welcoming and helpful. Five stars for the staff alone. Kayla was so respectful and sweet. Pray they transition into a big location like they plan. 👌🏾😊

I went to view one of the property under ES Property Management and the property saw was nice on the outside and ok in the inside. I feel the price was a little too high and no updates on the house. Only update I saw was in the living room and two of the bathroom. Don’t know how long the house was vacant but the house had mice droppings. It was a lot of red flags when reading the application process. The one thing that stood out was “if you don’t like competition, don’t apply” I felt that was a little rude and had me in the mind set they we are biding on a house that I’m just renting not buying… with a couple more updates on the house I feel it will be a great home to rent for the price… Also when trying to reach someone to talk to about the property I had to call and email before getting a response back and that took a week.
