I went to view one of the property under ES Property Management and the property saw was nice on the outside and ok in the inside. I feel the price was a little too high and no updates on the house. Only update I saw was in the living room and two of the bathroom. Don’t know how long the house was vacant but the house had mice droppings. It was a lot of red flags when reading the application process. The one thing that stood out was “if you don’t like competition, don’t apply” I felt that was a little rude and had me in the mind set they we are biding on a house that I’m just renting not buying… with a couple more updates on the house I feel it will be a great home to rent for the price… Also when trying to reach someone to talk to about the property I had to call and email before getting a response back and that took a week.
