The best decision my husband and I ever made with our rental property was to choose Kevin and his team to manage it! He takes very good care of our property, and is always available to help and give good advice. Kevin is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He is the best property manager we have, and I wish all the others were like him!

I just got done renting for this company for about 3-4 years and it was a very pleasant experience compared to some places i have rented for. They were nice people and quick to respond when i needed any work done on the apartment or when something came up. I got done renting from them and overpaid a month of rent and they refunded the money within a couple weeks and also sent out my security deposit not too long after the lease was up which was great to see! I would have continued renting for them but have a house now so i am on to bigger and better things, but for the years living there thank you for a nice place to call home :)

It's been brought to my attention that my daughter does not have heat and is not expected for another week to have furnace repairs. Property managers need to be well versed on all aspects of management property policies and procedures. However, customer service is also a prime component of such a position. Apparently Dominique needs to be re-trained on BASIC customer service protocol. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude taken with both myself and my daughter is completely unacceptable. Giving a tenant a space heater and telling occupants it will be another week of no heat is beyond negligence. The house is old and the space heater blows all other fuses. Only one is functioning - maintaining the house at 57 degrees. This is UNACCEPTABLE by any stretch of the imagination. Having a comprehensive understanding of building codes, maintenance factors, and rental agreements - yes you are compliant in that you provide space heaters (must provide a heat source) but with such an old home and poor electrical with the heaters sparking and blowing all electrical circuits out while in use is again......is a significant fire hazard for all occupants! This laggard response by Qwest Property Management is completely negligent. Being in the position of a landlord, myself, I am fully aware of 24 hour HVAC service companies available. Perhaps the local media would be interested in this story about your unacceptable response to heating issues during a very cold winter.

Kevin has been managing my rental properties for years! He is so helpful and has always been keeping me updated on all situations. I wish to thank Kevin and his team at Qwest property management as they have been and are very attentive, understanding and resourceful in responding to my needs as an owner. I absolutely LOVE working with Qwest property management and they are always very quick in responding to my questions.Great service managing rentals in Grand Rapids! I am a real estate investor in Grand Rapids and would definitely recommend Qwest Property Management. From the first conversation I had with Kevin, his professionalism and skill have been impressive. Every detail Kevin described to me about how his operation works and how management of my investment would take place has played out exactly as he described. He has efficient systems in place and I have access set up that provides me with full visibility into the services being provided and the costs associated with those. One thing I especially appreciate is that Qwest seems to demand fair rates from contractors - I have not have any unpleasant surprises when looking at invoices on the portal. In terms of communication - every time I reach out to Qwest, I get back a thoughtful email within a few hours. We will be placing more of our properties under the management of Qwest in the future. Thanks to Kevin and team for the good work you do!
