The day to day management of work orders, handling of tenants and leasing (when new leases were required) were all an A+. They kept my property at almost 100% occupancy for the entire duration of my relationship with them. The annual inspection reports were one of the many features that I appreciated about Spectrum. Detailed photographs with detailed descriptions of each unit enabled me to get on top of all potential issues before they became real ones.
