Dan and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get a unit reserved at Signal Inn. There was a glitch with my initial online reservation and though the unit I wanted was no longer available when I realized something didn’t work with my online reservation, Dan and Carlos made sure I got my second choice. Since I haven’t stayed there yet, I can’t speak to the actual stay. I have stayed there in past years and was happy with the unit and the service.

Clark was very helpful when I called to see if my check had arrived. I was concerned because I had mailed during holidays and it took a while to get there. He also sent an email confirming. Nice to work with.

The service from the agent I spoke with on the telephone was fine. However, it should not have been necessary for me to phone Gulf Coast Vacations to find out how to get access to our rental property for a rental starting on January 1. That information should have come from Gulf Coast without our having to ask. I'm also not happy with the fact that Gulf Coast does not seem to maintain an office for rental contact on Sanibel and that we have to call a remote site for information or service.

We are looking forward to our vacation week on Sanibel. We had not visited in a few years so had some questions. Both Marge and Caesar were very friendly, professional and helpful in answering our logistics questions and listening to our check-in request. We look forward to working with Gulf Coast Property Management in the future.

🚨🚨‼️‼️🔔🔔🚩🚩NEVERRRRRRR I REPEAT NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR STAY HERE🚨🚨‼️‼️🔔🔔🚩🚩🚩 Car left in garage Pool-DIRTY THE FRONT - Has Not Been Cleaned It trash in the flower pot NO BATHING RUGS I KILLED A BUG*roach* The Bedroom are Bad it no TVs in the room and the outline don’t work That back area was DIRTY WITH BEER BOTTLE

I called to check on the status of our rental in February to see if it was impacted by the hurricanes. I spoke to Clark. He was extremely helpful! He put my mind at ease, and even sent me recent pics of the condo. He also said I can ask for him if I think of any other questions. Great customer service! 12/12/24: I called today to settle final payment for our February rental. After some snafus with the card, we got it handled. I worked with both Yana and Hero. They were both great! Wonderful customer service!

Clark answered all of my questions and did a great job! He offered to send me pics of the property to reassure me that the place was cleared from the hurricanes and damages. We will be back!!!
