We find great residents quickly and keep them with our guaranteed services such as Rent Protection, Eviction Shield, Pet Protection, and Happiness Guarantee. How does our marketing differentiate? - Our marketing consists of a few things: First, we market the homes up to 30 days before the houses are vacant, which results in the homes being empty for less time. Second, we have a team of seven people whose primary focus is personally walking prospective residents through the homes and answering prospects' questions. Third, prequalified prospects are welcome to tour vacant homes anytime it's convenient for them. For residents who can’t see the house in person, we complete virtual showings over Zoom/Facetime. Fourth, each and every property is professionally photographed and videoed to ensure we are always putting our best foot forward. Finally, in addition to the traditional mediums of marketing homes, we have created several Facebook groups with thousands of prospective residents who can find our properties quickly and engage with our marketing team. Disturbing is a great way to describe our experience thus far. We have been with Nestwell since Dec. 2023. We have had a turbulent experience. There was a huge hole in the roof of our closet held closed with a piece of drywall and a jack stand. Our front door didn’t even have a deadbolt. After some time they did make corrections to those items. MOLD MOLD MOLD— getting that fixed… it’s been over 30 days we have been fighting for them to correct this and I am highly sensitive to mold (which I’ve said). And last but not least their employee(s) failed to post water and garbage charges to our ledger so finally after a YEAR they realized this and decided to send us an email 15 days before Christmas stating that they are upping our rent $200+ a month starting January because they failed to collect this money for a year and they have to make the landlord whole. I am displeased with Nestwell and it’s unacceptable to keep treating us this way. Please do yourself a favor and read more less favorable reviews to get the full picture. Also see some photos of the beautifully clean house we received upon our move in.

We signed up with Nestwell to manage our rental property and time and time again, they've confirmed our decision to use them! The entire team has been very helpful in assisting us with everything we needed to do in terms of utility transfers, paperwork, etc, but I'd especially like to give a shout out to Cristian who's been very friendly, professional, and responsive to our questions. Overall, great experience so far!

Worst property management ever. They are only interested in your money. Rented a house with a bunch of mess in the garden and non-functioning closet and it took them forever to clean it up and fix it. It could have been done thousand times before they rented the property, but once they get your money they are not interested any more.

Katie was attentive to our needs and excellent at answering our questions during the process. She promptly scheduled showings for our rental and worked with us on scheduling. She also made sure to recommend our property to potential renters when viewing similar properties in the area in the case that the present property was unavailable or did not suit the renter's needs. We felt she did an excellent job presenting the stand-out features of our property.

I have had such a positive experience with Nestwell! From the beginning, they were very communicative, punctual, and kind during the process from a showing, to the applications, to move in. This has been such a smooth transition and working with Katie has been so great! Moving can be stressful and finding the right fit isn’t always easy, but Katie went above and beyond to help make sure I found my new home! Wendy was also extremely helpful throughout the process as well and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions, take my phone calls, and helped me in my decision making process. I would recommend Nestwell to anyone looking for a place to call home! And again, a special thank you to Katie and Wendy!

I needed a complete remodel for one of our rental condos, and Stacy and Natalia with Nestwell were AMAZING. They got fair bids, the workmanship was excellent, and the work was done quickly. Communication was superb throughout the entire process. Easiest remodel ever!
