My experience with GRIT Property Group stands in stark contrast to my drama with previous property management. Changing to GRIT has been a massive upgrade across all REI investment metrics. PREVIOUS PM’s were full of constant excuses, unreasonable delays, shoddy communication, confusing accounting, extreme contracting costs, shocking markup fees for any additional activity, and generally seemed to view me as an opportunity to make more money. Since switching to GRIT, I have breathed a deep sigh of relief as empty units were quickly filled, contracting costs are way down, rent collection has dramatically improved, no markups on maintenance projects, and the accounting finally makes sense to me! Communication with Angie and the team is “next level” and beyond anything I have experienced before. In a very short time, GRIT has stabilized my properties and resolved at least a dozen issues that were causing frustrations. Another contrast has been that with previous PM I was forced to be personally involved in communication with utility companies for all turnovers, whereas GRIT has taken care of all utilities without necessitating any involvement from me, which has saved me many hours of frustration. Angie and her team place a high value on relationship, trust, efficiency, economy and customer/client satisfaction. If you are looking for a solid PM team in your corner, then this is as good as it gets!
