My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nick from One Brokerage on purchasing our 1st STR property. We're people who like to talk through scenarios, strategize the best investment plan and make adjustments as variables change. Nick was always available when we texted to talk, even late in the evening. He was flexible and willing to think outside of the box with us. He was patient, pleasant and communicated clearly to redirect us. We highly recommend Nick!

They quoted they could beat another lenders rate and terms. When it came to day of closing not only did they not beat it but I was having to pay points to both lenders, them and the one they brokered through which made the total points and fees over double what they quoted. I asked them to do the right thing and honor the original terms quoted but they claimed they couldn't. I'm now having to find alternative funding and explain to the seller why we are not closing today.

I recently worked with Braydin and his team on a residential transaction. At the 15 day mark from the closing date, my client informed me that he decided to go with another lender. This was not an ideal situation so late in the process from a buyer situation standpoint. I was transparent with Braydin about my concerns however he was able to address everything and ensured me he will get us closed in time with no problem. To my surprise, Braydin and his team were able to deliver and flawlessly. I will surely advocate to my clients about him and his team.

Kevin Juarez and Rudy were an outstanding team to assist us with our mortgage needs. They were responsive, communicative, and were very proactive in addressing any issues related to our closing. Highly recommend and will use for all of our future investment purchases.

Edit: Trying to do a new HELOC/ refinance on a couple properties. Looking to have something done in Dec/Jan. Originally emailed 9/19/24, with response on 9/20/24. I emailed again on 10/3/24 checking in. No response. I emailed again on 10/15/24 to follow up. Response received on 10/16/24. I replied on 10/16/24 that I was wanting to know what information I could start getting them to get things moving. No response. I emailed again on 11/12/24 again asking for an update and if there was any information I could start getting to them. Now 11/22/24 and still no reply...Not sure what the delay is but I am trying to be proactive and have time to get documents gathered and to them and have not been getting timely responses. Today I reached out to a lender directly to start the process and within the day they had a list of documents to get to them.
Worked with Allen and Diego on a recent rental home purchase. We asked the sellers for a 45 day close but they would only accept our offer with 30 days. We hit a snag with the first lender over a foundation issue and Allen and Diego were able to quickly present us with multiple other workarounds to get closed in a very short time frame. Great experience all around and would highly recommend them both.
