Great experience so far! Very competitive rates. Reagan was very patient and helpful. He answered all our questions and took all our calls, even after-hours. We have never rented a place out before so we were very nervous but he made it easy and explained everything

We have a property in Whites Creek, and after many conversations and failed experiences with other property management companies, I found RPM. I spoke with Reagan who was very communicative, timely, honored his word, and provided a lot of reassurance about the care that would be put into the property. We are very pleased with the service thus far and certainly recommend RPM to anyone looking for an honest, straight forward management company that will take care of your home like its their own. I appreciated how quickly Reagan would get back to me on any questions and quell anxieties I had since I do not live in the area anymore. Reagan went above and beyond to market our property. I highly suggest RPM!

Dan came out and took care of me quickly and efficiently. He helped with tree trimming while he was here fixing my deck boards. He is always very personable and professional !
