This review is for Ivan Becerra who is the Maintenance Coordinator at LongStreet Property Management. Ivan always resolves the upcoming issues in a timely manner. He finds the best available repair men. We also love when Peter maintains things. Seems like finally LogStreet has found the right maintenance personell!

Stay away from LongStreet Property Management in Corvallis OR. I have been with this property management company since 2006. The company name in 2006 was Prop T Care and management was extremely supportive and responsive to both owner and tenant. In 2020 Stepan Renc took over the business and changed the name to LongStreet Property Management. For breach of management contract for services not rendered by Lance Richards, Regional Manager managing my property, the management agreement was mutually terminated to avoid going to Small Claims Court. Management Contract states prior approval of Owner of all extraordinary expenditures exceeding $300 for any one item is required. There was no request by LongStreet to Owner or approval by Owner for expenses of $2,256.00. With each passing year more owner and tenant fees were implemented and increased at every turn. After my recent experience with LongStreet Property Management I would never recommend them to anyone, especially if you expect transparency and accountability. I strongly advise owners to stay away from this management company, it is not what it used to be.

Maybe this company takes care of the home owners, their real customer, but they completely disrespect tenants. I had scheduled a viewing a week in advance and showed up to the house to find several other potential tenants scheduled to view the house at the same time. Strange, but efficient I guess. But guess who never showed up? Anybody from Longstreet. They left 5 people locked out of a house on a 100° day in Adair Village and never apologized. That red flag immediately made me look elsewhere and fortunately I never had to end up renting from these people. Who knows how they would treat you once they have you locked into a lease.

We were panicking about finding an apartment at the last second after previous housing fell through. We applied with this management company and they had a lease ready for us to sign within two days. They communicated so well and were kind throughout the whole process, and worked on our application 24/7 until it was done!! I was very nervous because I had heard so many horror stories about landlords but this company is amazing. Shoutout to Chris for helping us, he was so great.

A quick shout out to Jason from Long Street Property Management…Jason has been out a couple of times to fix minor household problems. He is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and quick to make sure everything is in working order. He seemed genuinely interested in getting the work done to my satisfaction. Thank you Jason!

We put in an application and it only took till Wednesday to hear back about it! Chris had been super friendly, quickly responds, very informative, and made getting an apartment easy!
