Chris was so helpful with working with a tenant who was needing some extra time for move-out. So prompt, courteous and excellent follow-through - highly recommend LongStreet and Chris, if I am ever in a position to need a Property Management company - I will check Longstreet first.

Shout out to Chris Boyd who has been an asset in us finding our new home! We are thrilled with how quickly and efficiently he responds to our questions, big and small, and we appreciate how patient and understanding he's been with our cross-country move. We're delighted with our new home!

Good property management company.
I've had slightly over a 1 year lease with them and the experience so far has been satisfactory.
The place we moved into required a lot of maintenance requests, but most were dealt with promptly by all the friendly maintenance staff.
Our leasing agent, Chris was helpful in explaining the print, costs, and was able to assist with adjusting our lease agreement when we accidentally took a Month-to-month one rather than 12 month.
Their usage of Appfolio and ZTenant makes the rent, document, and maintenance requests processing pretty smooth. They are also good at texting you reminders for important dates and required input.

Stay away from LongStreet Property Management in Corvallis OR. I have been with this property management company since 2006. The company name in 2006 was Prop T Care and management was extremely supportive and responsive to both owner and tenant. In 2020 Stepan Renc took over the business and changed the name to LongStreet Property Management. For breach of management contract for services not rendered by Lance Richards, Regional Manager managing my property, the management agreement was mutually terminated to avoid going to Small Claims Court.
Management Contract states prior approval of Owner of all extraordinary expenditures exceeding $300 for any one item is required. There was no request by LongStreet to Owner or approval by Owner for expenses of $2,256.00.
With each passing year more owner and tenant fees were implemented and increased at every turn. After my recent experience with LongStreet Property Management I would never recommend them to anyone, especially if you expect transparency and accountability. I strongly advise owners to stay away from this management company, it is not what it used to be.

Chris Boyd was extremely competent and a delight to work with. He was patient with answering all of my questions and productively/confidently bridged the communication gap between tenant and property manager. Thank you so much for all that you do Chris!

Generally our experience with Long Street was good. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond, and we felt comfortable dealing with them during our tenancy.
I'm mostly writing this review because of how well they worked with us in regards to our security deposit. We felt that the cleaning charge was higher than it should be, and the property manager we dealt with to get this figured out was patient. He was willing to hear out our concerns and work with us, even though we were no longer renting from them. Ultimately we came to an agreement that worked for both of us, and we were glad the process wasn't too difficult.

We were panicking about finding an apartment at the last second after previous housing fell through. We applied with this management company and they had a lease ready for us to sign within two days. They communicated so well and were kind throughout the whole process, and worked on our application 24/7 until it was done!! I was very nervous because I had heard so many horror stories about landlords but this company is amazing. Shoutout to Chris for helping us, he was so great.

Longstreet is an excellent company. They have great customer service, and they are really interactive with personal relationships and making sure you are taken care of. I would definitely recommend them in the future, and I hope to continue to do business with Longstreet.
