John Petri of East Coast Capital helped me to buy my first house in 1999. Over the past 25 years, he has helped me to purchase 3 different homes. He is responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend using East Coast Capital and in particular John Petri. He is now helping buy a condo in Florida so no matter where you want to buy, John and East Coast will get you the best rates. The service is top notch. The communication within every department is seamless and John puts it all together taking the stress out of buying a new home. I will follow John wherever he goes but I'm glad he's with East Coast because they really are the best !!

We have been providing title and settlement services to this company now for a very long time. When other lenders are not able to close files this bank truly saves the day! Their creativity and knowledge of the industry truly surpasses expectations. If East Coast Capital can’t do it, no one can!!!! Highly recommend

Jack and Corey were a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Aside from getting a super competitive rate, Jack ensured we were educated as it related to each step in the process and everyone (realtor, attorney, home insurance agent, etc.) raved about how great he was to work with.This was our first time buying a home and I would highly recommend Jack if you need a lender! I spoke with several lenders and while everyone was nice and insightful, Jack and his team stood out! We are glad we went with our gut!
