At First Access Lending we believe that homeownership is the foundation to building wealth in America. Our mission is to extend access to that wealth beyond the already wealthy. I was so fortunate to have had Zach reach out to me, almost immediately, after having done an online inquiry. I was helping my best friend by finding lenders that she could potentially work with. While I wasn’t the person who needed a lender, Zach explained, in a very easy way, to help me understand the options my friend could consider. This is probably one of the best things that Zach did. He held to his word when saying when he would call, provide email information! This rarely happens with other lenders!
I would recommend wholeheartedly to others who are mortgage “shopping” to end your search with First Access Lending and Zach Bosson. I couldn’t be more impressed!

I loved working with Zach on my refinance deal. He gave me a phone call whenever I had a question and he quickly resolved any questions! Very transparent and straightforward with your loan details. One to one contact made things easy. I definitely will be back for my next real estate purchase!

Zach at First Access Lending is one of the best around. He truly is here to help you and will tell you what is and isn't possible and won't waste your time. Throughout the process with Zach he kept me informed and helped me understand anything that I needed clarification on. Believe him when he tells you that he is going to do his best to get the job done. Work with Zach if you need mortgage help.

We financed a second mortgage through Zach at First Access Lending. There were plenty of questions along the way which Zach was quick to respond to. We felt well taken care of through the entire process. Zach and his team are highly recommended for any of your mortgage needs!

Zach was one of the first lenders to reach out with a HELOC option for my loan needs. Unlike other lenders, with large call centers and being handed off to a loan officer, Zach was a one-stop shop. He took the time to understand my loan needs, and helped me find an option that best fit. Zach was a one-stop shop, with excellent communication, and helped progress this loan through with various surprise challenges. I'm happy to recommend Zach and First Access Lending as a first and last stop in your Mortgage lending needs.

No matter if it is your 1st home or 10th home, the home buying process always has unique circumstances that come with questions and uncertainty.
