I had an opportunity to work with this company on a 2nd mortgage and I had a great experience. Cody was my LO and Ms Moreno was the processor I believe and they did a great job keeping in touch. I’d definitely work with the again. I appreciate talents like that and they don’t come around often.

Griffin Funding truly stood out when others couldn’t help. While other companies turned me away, they said yes and made the entire process seamless. Their team was not only professional but also highly efficient, moving quickly to get everything done. A bit late — but I found Griffin Funding when I was struggling to find a lender that would work with my unique 1099 situation. Based in Iowa, I was also trying to find a lender who could help me find a loan to work with my non-urban property. From start to finish this team is on it! The loan programs they offer are perfect for investors that may not make the cut when it comes to qualifying the conventional route. Since home values have been at a record high, we’ve been able to take advantage of the equity sitting there and get cash-out on all properties to expand our real estate empire. Props to Griffin and team for knowing their stuff and helping out investors like us grow!

Excellent service provided by Griffin Funding, they are well organized and very efficient to speed up the lending process. I refinanced my house and the funds were received in about 3 weeks.
I had the pleasure to work with Sr Loan Officer Jorge Vazquez who is very knowledgeable and experienced, and Sr Loan Processor Molly Gregoire. I also want to thank Ms Lisa Ortmeier (Loan Processor assistant) who was directly working with me and guiding me during the entire process. Very professional team and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it.

Great team, they were able to close even though we were having title issues and lawyer issues. They came through pushed and helped the lawyer figure things out and helped with the tittle. Emanuel, Morgan and the rest of the team were awesome, especially Deanna.
Thank you guys for helping me purchase my first investment property. Let do it a couple more times in the near future.
