Tyler is great with communication. We connected with him almost 2 years back to buy a house, but it wasn’t the right time. He continued to keep in contact with us periodically until we were ready and really helped us pick the perfect house and get a great deal on it. We were first time home buyers, so we barely knew anything of the process and Tyler explained everything along the way and answered my millions of questions. He is awesome!

Tyler did an amazing job for us. He helped us purchase our new home in NC while we were still living in Utah. He was very responsive and made sure everything was handled correctly. He provided a wonderful stress-free buying experience and went above-and-beyond to make sure the home was ready for us when we made our cross-country move.

Tyler is such a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He made buying a home so easy for us. He really guided us along our journey to buy a home, he helped us to make a good solid offer so we could get a home quickly. Additionally, he scheduled our lawyer, home inspection, terminate, all the little scheduling details after a purchase he made easy. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor, his customer service is the best!

Tyler did an amazing job with our home tours and purchase. He has been quick to respond with answers to questions that we have had both before and after purchase. Tyler showed us every house that we asked about through multiple towns without hesitation due to distance in order to help us find the house that we wanted. We have already recommended him to friends who are searching and will definitely contact him if we ever decide to buy again.

Tyler knows his job well and he is always willing to share his time and his knowledge to help. He made our search for a new home an experience a positive one. We always felt like he was “on our side” and when dealing with sellers, other realtors and other buyers, it made a big difference. In a market where everyone said we couldn’t do it- Tyler helped us find the perfect house for us to make a home within our budget.

The lender that Tyler recommended was a game changer and it made our home buying process much smoother and almost easy in comparison to our first home purchase.
