Overall a very dissapointing experience. What seemed to be going well at first, quickly made a turn for the worst when we started communicating with the leasing manager Mahir Patel. Mahir quickly showed his colors, he only cares about his personal goals and not about helping his clients. No social skills, doesn't care, and not helpful at all, even borderline disrespectful. What's worse, we had our move-in date set for a Wednesday, we moved in on the next Sunday and the house wasn't even ready for it yet, they did some worked on that weekend and left the house in a mess, not to mention they went in, without our acknowledgment and permission. When we asked them about it, he even threw under the bus the owner of the house and when we talked to the owner, they had no idea what Mahir was talking about... he clearly lacks communication skills, lies to protect himself and doesn't care about anyone else than him. BE VERY CAREFUL, when dealing with people like this.

Mahir a Truedoor was such a pleasure to work with. He was a very big help every step of the way and made our move go very smoothly. Would highly recommend!

I was having a plumbing issue but from the moment I emailed with Jose the maintenance manager everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I cannot express the gratitude I have for all the help Jose has offered with his timely responses, quick thinking and wonderful communication skills. I could only hope that people could learn a thing or two from him in great customer service and management.

setting an appointment to view the property was quick and easy. on appointment day i met with Crystal, she is so sweet and i felt the positive vibes right away. i was only interested in viewing 1 of the properties available but she asked if i was open to viewing 2 other properties available since we were already there, so of course i was open to it. i ended up loving one of the other available properties she showed us, so i submitted an application right away. the process was super simple. Crystal was very helpful in answering any questions i had along the way! Once approved, the property manager Alex called to congratulate me & went over everything before sending over the lease agreement. on move in day i met with Alex & she was also so sweet and kind enough to welcome me and review everything with me that i needed to know. both ladies have been so sweet & so attentive to any questions that have arised! it’s been a great move-in experience

They are so easy going, professional. Alex did such a great job presenting my property. It had so many hits the first day, and it was rented right away! I know I just started with them, but I can tell they are going to make landlord duties for my rental seamless. Thank you Mahir and Alex! Edit: 10/20/24. I have decided not to continue renting my place for personal reasons, but I have to say TrueDoor has been wonderful to work with. They made my life so much easier as a landlord. Professional, responsive, respectful and did a great job keeping up with tenants needs. All I had to do was approve or not. I highly recommend them for your property management company.

I really appreciate TrueDoor. I had a serious mold problem that required a multitude of service specializations. Jose coordinate all the workmen required to fix the mold and restore the home. He has a very courteous, competent and thoughtful crew that do a great job.
