The worst experience in my entire life is working with your agent Francis Ampudia. She cancelled the house tour without notice and when I called her she was yelling at me saying she is frustrated and not gonna come from Yorba Linda and not even sorry for this situation. That was extremely mean and rude! Wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone if you don’t want to feel and treated as nobody!

This review is for Daniel V. , my new property manager at TrueDoor PM. Daniel is energetic and willing to help anytime. His willingness makes me feel at ease when I have any concerns about my property. Recently, I didn’t see an item belongs to my condo on the inspection photos. Daniel quickly contacted the tenant and sent over a photo with the item on it. I had other issues, too, which were not in his area of expertise. He rapidly contacted the right team members and had it resolved swiftly. It proves that he cares and likes his job. All the best for you Daniel. You have brought up an additional start rating for TrueDoor.

I’m very pleased to rate TrueDoor Property Management company and its employees, in particular our experience with Kyle Espen. He is professional and very courteous in explaining how he inspects the property to stay in compliance with California Health and Safety Codes. His periodic evaluation walk through was done in a timely manner and answered all my questions.

They’re great! Always communicate on a timely manner and make it really easy to take care of any issue/repair, as well as being thorough with any changes being made with the property or lease. We just had our evaluation with Kyle and am really pleased as how well professional he was and took very well consideration of some concerns of the property.
