RPM has managed our Ohio properties for over two years now, and they have performed above expectations. Kacy in the Columbus office, Jackie in Dayton, Brandon in Maintenance, and of course, the Support Team (with their endless patience), have worked seamlessly to find good tenants, make necessary repairs, and communicate clearly with us. Bonnie was very knowledgeable with the real estate market in Cincinnati. Additionally, Bonnie was extremely knowledgeable and insightful on how I planned on working my investments. Bonnie took extra care in accommodating me and my limited availability; and really elevated my experience to the next level.

I was considering selling my rental property, but I'm so glad I talked to Bonnie first! She took the time to run a free financial projection (pro forma) for me, and wow, did that open my eyes! I had no idea how much potential my property still had. Bonnie showed me how I could actually turn it into a real "cash cow." She's super straightforward, and the numbers she presented just made sense. Now, instead of selling, I've decided to keep my property and have Bonnie manage it for me. If you're even thinking about selling an investment property, do yourself a favor and talk to Bonnie before you make a decision!

Bonnie provided honest advice on property values and didn’t pressure me into purchasing before I and the market I was viewing was ready. Highly recommend!!!
