They laid out exactly what I needed to do to get everything set up on my end, and offered help in doing so. The process was made very straight-forward. They found a good tenant who has now began their 6th year renting the house. They have always communicated with me when any maintenance above a certain amount, that I set, was required. When maintenance below that amount was needed they took care of it on their own. I have worked mostly with Ryan, who is professional and friendly to work with. I have recommended Superior to a friend who was interested in renting out his house. They were also my buyer's agent when I purchased the home I currently live in.
