I have been working with Superior Property Group since 2019. They manage a single family home that I began renting out because of a work-related move. They laid out exactly what I needed to do to get everything set up on my end, and offered help in doing so. The process was made very straight-forward. They found a good tenant who has now began their 6th year renting the house. They have always communicated with me when any maintenance above a certain amount, that I set, was required. When maintenance below that amount was needed they took care of it on their own. I have worked mostly with Ryan, who is professional and friendly to work with. I have recommended Superior to a friend who was interested in renting out his house. They were also my buyer's agent when I purchased the home I currently live in.

I've worked with them since they started the property management business and even before then. I've always found them to be responsive, professional and able to handle any task needed. They're very knowledgeable in owning and managing not only small properties, but large ones as well. Maintenance men very professional and polite. Did beautiful work on my ceiling and wall. Found why it was leaking inside from outside after hours of investigation. Fixed outdoor area causing the issue. 11/18/24. Sam the plumber was very polite and did exceptional work fixing my toilet. It's like new now. Thank you.
