We have been clients of goodlife for many years and we were happy with their services up to until the last 2 years.
They have very high turnover in terms of staff. Getting emails from a different person at Goodlife all the time is very common.
They send out vendors for repairs for the same issues multiple times and bill the property owners for those multiple times for the same issue which wasn’t fixed the first time. Also, the vendors they send charge $100 per visit just to give an estimate even if they don’t fix anything.
Not sure if Goodlife gets a kickback for every repair made because the repair bills seem very high for the amount of work done. Example is a $650 bill for 2 hours of work to change a light bulb and tighten some screws around the house. $200 to unplug and replug a washing machine when the touchscreen wasn’t responding. The property manager never bothered troubleshooting with the tenants before calling someone out right away. The $200 bill could have been avoided with a simple call to ask the tenants if they tried unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Additionally, if a tenant they approved moves out and repairs are needed to get it ready for the next tenant, Goodlife will charge the property owners a high “supervision fee” to oversee the repairs. This fee is a percentage of how much the total repairs are. Mind you, the damages to the property were done by the tenants they selected and approved in the first place.
If you read the positive reviews, it’s from the tenants not the property owners.
If you’re a property owner, look elsewhere. Would not recommend them.

I just recently worked with Chloe from Good Life Property Management, she was in charge of giving me a tour of the property I was interested in. She was easy to get a hold of, on time, and made the touring process so easy. She was incredibly kind and able to answer all of my questions about the property and application process, and made sure to ask about and address any other wants or needs I might have for a place to live. I expressed an interest in applying for the property during the tour and she sent me an application link right after my tour. I was able to apply for the apartment and was approved the next day! Since then she has remained super communicative and helpful. Highly recommend working with this company to find a place that is the right fit for you!

We just signed a lease on a new rental today. In an often challenging rental landscape, Good Life provided the professionalism and care we were seeking. We met Jack at a showing of another property and his great first impression made an impact on our decision to rent with this company. Jack was welcoming, interested, and knowledgeable. He followed through and assisted us with the process of renting a home that was the right fit for us from start to finish. Someone who genuinely cares about people finding a great place to live like Jack is someone you want to work with!

I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience has been with this property management team—especially thanks to Hector. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was attentive, diligent, and worked tirelessly to complete some difficult tasks within the required timeframe.
What truly stood out was Hector’s professionalism paired with genuine empathy. He took the time to understand my moving situation and handled everything with care, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. His dedication and attention to detail made all the difference.

Jacob Gladfelter handled the leasing process with professionalism, friendly attitude and patience! He was outstanding with his communication throughout the process! I cannot thank him enough.
In addition, Savannah Hill is and was great since becoming property manager a year ago.
Jacob and her worked together so well with answering my questions and getting work done as well as renting property in a timely fashion.
Being new to hiring a property manager, I recommend Good Life Property Management as they have proven their status to me.

We are tenants who work with Good Life and they have been nothing short of amazing. We have worked with them the last 6 years and they are always helpful, responsive, and very easy to work with. We just had our preventative maintenance walk through with Eric and he was great, excellent with communication and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend them and their team to anyone looking, especially homeowners... they have great intentions and take care of what needs to be done in order to keep your property in excellent condition. You will not be disappointed!

I have been renting with Good Life for almost 4 years now and this property management has been great to work with. Yesterday we had our annual maintenance inspection and Eric R. was awesome! I only had 2 minor requests but he put them in immediately while he was there and got the process started. The home is well-maintained but any time something comes up no matter how big or small they always respond immediately and communicate each step of the process and follow-up to make sure everything was taken care of. Great to work with and awesome staff/field specialists.
