Pros: They’ve been really easy to work with. Got my property rented quickly. Upfront and transparent. Good communication.
Cons: The handyman they used sent a crazy expensive bid for very basic maintenance. Just do your own work or get your own people to fix stuff.

They found reliable tenants who have treated the property with care and respect, which has been a huge relief.
Their communication has been excellent. I’m always kept in the loop regarding any updates, from rental payments to maintenance requests. Anytime I have a question or concern, their team is quick to respond and provide clear answers. They’ve handled maintenance requests promptly and professionally. I appreciate that they coordinate repairs with trusted contractors, ensuring the property is well-maintained without me having to step in.

I have been working alongside Keyrenter for almost a year now and can vouch that they truly care, this isn't your run of the mill property management company. Their established practices operate exceptionally well and provide all the needs for homeowners and tenants alike. This is one company that will go to bat for you, many others that I've had the experience working with are sub par compared to Keyrenter. If your wanting a real review to determine if they should handle your valuable assets and help you grow your assets or help you find a home to live in then no need to scroll further. Finding a safe and secure home is what every renter wants, sometimes that's really hard to find in Boise (I'm a native of 31 years) but what Keyrenter strives to achieve is that feeling for every tenant no matter the location. Awesome company, awesome people, awesome homes!

Highly knowledgeable as well as personal they have executed with the highest degree of professional for each of my properties they manage. Excellent communication, their software dashboard is clear and concise allowing an executive platform to swiftly analyze my investments. I highly recommend Key Mgmt!!!

I appreciate the detailed monthly statements as well as the friendly and quick customer service they provide.
I also appreciate the "hands off" nature of the arrangement. Not having to vet renters and deal with rent collection and property maintenance has made my overall experience very positive
