Sage Property has made owning properties far from where we live very easy. The founder is very involved and is always looking for ways to help us maximize our investment while helping our properties stay in top market condition. She and her team are proactive in making sure our renter feedback is handled quickly and in a cost effective manner which helps us keep our renters longer. Highly recommend!

The team at Sage has been critical in helping me find quality tenants with whom we are very happy. More importantly, the **tenants** are happy with the property and the Sage team as well. As with most properties, issues came up with mine -- for example, I had to replace a water heater whose end-of-life was overdue. The Sage team found a quality contractor to replace it with a specific make / model I asked for, and sent me the pictures of the install as I was traveling. More recently, Amy counseled me against investing in another property that looked like it had strong fundamentals, but carried significant risks which would surely affect the investment over the long-term. I highly recommend Amy and the Sage team to not only find investments, but also to support such investments with quality tenants who continue to stay satisfied.
