My review is coming from a potential client to Sage Management. In my experience the Sage team is terrible at communicating with potential clients. I had an initial call with Amy and everything sounded great, I was ready to move forward with working together. She said she would email me forms but never did. I gave it a few days then reached back out to her. She never answered my text messages, never called me back, I left her a voicemail, I called her office and I was told she'd get back to me but never did. A quick "Hey, sorry we have too much going on to take new clients" would have been better than being ignored. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Amy sells you the on the what the company can do but there is no follow through. Simply terrible and a waste of time. I don't recommend them to anyone!

We have had an amazing experience renting through Sage Property Mgmt. From application to moving in and handling some initial quick repairs in a very timely fashion, our contact, Lynn, has been in near constant communication with us and follows up regularly. They make things easy by being able to use their app for everything from signing/submitting docs to paying rent to submitting maintenance requests. We are very pleased with their services!!

I had the pleasure to work with Amy and it was great. Super kind and knowledgable about the property management industry. I highly recommend Sage Property Management to anyone looking for full service management options for real estate investors.

Five Stars because Sage Property Management is just that. Truly working in excellence. Throughout the entire process Ms. Lynn has communicated promptly. She guided us step by step. The communication was exceptional since Day 1. The entire process was smooth and painless. The property itself is well kept and clean. Sage Property has made owning properties far from where we live very easy. The founder is very involved and is always looking for ways to help us maximize our investment while helping our properties stay in top market condition. She and her team are proactive in making sure our renter feedback is handled quickly and in a cost effective manner which helps us keep our renters longer. Highly recommend!

I first knew Amy from BiggerPockets when I posted my first question ever and she replied very quickly with good advice and knowledge. Later when I was looking for property management locally, our realtor recommended Sage Property Management. That's when I found out its owner is Amy. Amy and the Sage team have been following up on my needs and giving professional recommendations and opinions. They handled my questions with swiftness and patience. I'm still relatively new in REI but I feel that I can trust Sage to manage my property. With them taking care of PM, I can focus on investing opportunities. If anyone is looking for a PM in the Greater Baton Rouge Area, it's definitely worth it to try Sage.

The team at Sage has been critical in helping me find quality tenants with whom we are very happy. More importantly, the **tenants** are happy with the property and the Sage team as well. As with most properties, issues came up with mine -- for example, I had to replace a water heater whose end-of-life was overdue. The Sage team found a quality contractor to replace it with a specific make / model I asked for, and sent me the pictures of the install as I was traveling. More recently, Amy counseled me against investing in another property that looked like it had strong fundamentals, but carried significant risks which would surely affect the investment over the long-term. I highly recommend Amy and the Sage team to not only find investments, but also to support such investments with quality tenants who continue to stay satisfied.

Lynn whom is one of Sage representative always return your phone calls , and is always willing to listen, and to see what she can do to make your experience better.
