My experience moving in at the time was awesome, especially since she was prompt in her responses regarding any questions I had. The cool thing is that she has kept being the same helpful and friendly person throughout my time here since day 1.

I would like to share how amazing my experience as a first-time renter has been here on Team Yellow with Angelica. She has gone above and beyond with any concerns I have. In short, the application process was smooth, with her being available to take my calls or texts as I navigated this process. The apartment is up to date, but with the minor concerns I have had, Angelica was patient, understanding, and professional. SIG property management has done an amazing job with our families condo. They helped managing it while we rented it out and then just helped us with the sale. Angelica was our point of contact for the rental and Monique expedited the sale! Everyone is very professional and easy to work with! Great communication for everything! We appreciated all the assisted with!

The follow up of the management on my request has been excellent in timely manner, and especially the manager Angelica has been very professional. She takes good care of the building and she is on top of it if there is a maintenance issue that needs to be addressed right away.
