Our experience with Keyrenter has been excellent, all the leasing process was pretty smooth for us and they took care of each maintenance request we did. Michelle Whiting was really helpful the whole time, we appreciate their work.

Problems started from before I even signed a lease. The first lease they sent over was for $200 a month more than had been agreed on between the owner of the property and me. They gave me the wrong codes for the doors on move in day so that added obstacle to an already stressful day. They also failed to have the apartment cleaned before I moved in so when I moved in it was dirty and had a bunch of dead moths in it. I completed an initial inspection as is usual, but in the year I lived there they requested *multiple* other inspections where they wanted me to take pictures of the apartment while I was living in it which felt very invasive and unnecessary. I never got timely responses to any emails I sent to property management. The rent was raised by more than $150 after just 6 months of living there, they claimed it was to match the market but overall rent prices had decreased during that time period in Denver. Now that I moved out they took $425 as a cleaning fee for an apartment they didn’t even clean before I moved in and that was absolutely cleaner when I left it. Knowing a property is managed by this company would absolutely keep me from renting it. Edit: they replied saying they would like to fix things but they have been ignoring my emails for weeks, Linda Delgado said she would look into it weeks ago and then never got back to me. Even when I followed up to ask again she just blew me off and hasn’t responded at all 2nd edit: still have not received any response from anyone at Keyrenter

My partner and I just finished a tour with Andrea and can easily say this was our favorite house tours of all time! Andrea was not only knowledgeable and professional, but was incredibly genuine and personable. We had to initially reschedule the tour due to a snowstorm, and Andrea went above and beyond by showing us the unit on her day off to better accommodate our schedules. Andrea is an incredible addition to the KeyRenter team as her customer service is superb. Thank you for an incredible tour Andrea, you have made our day!

I had a great experience working with assistant manager Linda Delgado, as well as Gaby and Edgar! We had a pretty tight timeline we were working with and they were able to get us in a day before our desired move in date! Very kind people and am looking forward to living in a property managed by Keyrenter.
