I highly recommend Conciege Property Management Group. I initally signed on based upon the promise of what they could provide in managing my property (which was significant). I simply hoped that much of what they offered would be delivered and what I've found is that everything they promised has been delivered, in many cases beyond my expectations!

I highly recommend Concierge Property Management Group in Aiken, South Carolina. They provide excellent communication and services between the renter and property owner. They are professional and provide consistent quick and quality services. If you want the best, contact them.

I'v had the opportunity to work with Concierge Property Management Group, LLC for the past 3 years as both a tenant (my Mother is in one of their rental properties) and also as a property owner where they manage one of my rentals. They are very timely, responsive, and professional. In addition, their turnaround time is exceptional as relates to responding to requests/repairs and other transactions needed. I highly recommend Concierge for both renting one of their properties and for them serving as the property management firm for your properties!

You're in good hands with Concierge Property Management Group, LLC. Cat helped me during the move in process and was so accommodating and understanding. Guido is also TOP NOTCH in customer service. He's always pleasant to speak with and so helpful in all regards. If I ever had an issue, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quarterly handy-man was a great service provided by Concierge. On a quarterly basis, a gentleman would visit and take care of anything that needed addressing - air filter changes, squeaky doors, etc. Everyone I worked with at Concierge was great.

I know my property is in great hands with Catherine and Guido! This was my first rental property, so I was naturally anxious about the whole process of finding quality tenants who would properly maintain my investment. The Concierge Group has been very responsive with any of my inquiries, keeps me informed, and gives peace of mind.

The moment we spoke with our agent, Mrs. Nix, we knew she was going to be the one who helped us find a home.
Sure enough,from the beginning of the process to finish everything went quickly and we found an absolutely beautiful rental home.
Thank you for going above and beyond with customer/rental services.
I highly recommend calling Concierge Property Management and asking for Mrs Cecil Nix.
