Accounting - Delivering detailed monthly accounting statements to show the performance of their property and issue customized year end statements. Notices - Post 3 Day Notices, Follow up with tenants and collect rent, etc. We coordinate all your maintenance requests. In addition to move-in and move-out video inspections of your property, we conduct random and routine in-person property inspections to help ensure appropriate tenant maintenance. 24/7 dedicated emergency maintenance phone line. Every tenant placed by Renters Warehouse is warranted by our Tenant Warranty Program which means if any tenant defaults on their lease then we replace the tenant for free! As a full service South Florida property management company, we offer the most comprehensive and cost effective management solution in the industry for residential property management.

I have been customer of RW for several years as a properties owner . The experience with the company management has always been positive . The company handles the ongoing business/ transaction/ requests and work needed while owners have piece of mind and getting proper and accurate notification on timely manner. A huge spotlight is to my own property assigned manager , Mr. Ferras Zereik who has been professional , a big advocate for me as needed , responsible and respectful. Ferras makes it easier to manage my properties and he has excellent communication skills which are needed as the liaison between owners and tenants . Ferras has the unique ability to exhibit both professionalism and friendly attitude.

Greatful for My Spark of Divinity
Horrible group as a collective! Valerie, Kevin, Osman, even the maintenance Danny were liars and thieves. Took my entire security deposit after we painted and replaced items. Said I was a "squatter" because we cleaned 2 days after officially moving. I've got my pictures of the move out. Nobody came to do a proper walk through and just made up random things that were not true. Be careful with these folks. They all work together to get whatever scraps they can from hard working people. They also tried to charge me twice for rent that was already paid!

His professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication skills are commendable. I highly recommend Ferras for a top-notch experience in property management.
