Michelle is truly amazing all across the board. Michelle currently manages our portfolio valued at a couple Million, and has under promised and over delivered on all areas across the board. From communication to follow through and guidance, Michelle is a total and complete Rock Star. We are honored to work with her and MK Residential Partners!

Mk has been a game changer in my portfolio management. I used to manage my own properties and unfortunately fell into being below market rates for X reasons with tenants. Didnt vet people properly to fill open properties which ended up costing me more. MK even helped me work with w collections company to get back damages from previous tenants! Truly cant say enough great things, i can now focus on growing my properties vs managing the ones i have, put the right person in the right spot!
