Albert at Trident has been very effective on two separate occasions. Several years ago he helped me to find a renter, and recently he helped me to sell my condo. I am not locally-based, and on both occasions he assisted me in navigating ownership challenges from afar. Through both processes he was very communicative, responsive, and generally just very easy to deal with. I was fortunate to have "had him on my side" and highly recommend!

Cris Boza, our Property Manager, has been great. We took over the Board and immediately had to deal with a ton of complicated issues and Cris has been instrumental in helping us navigate them. He’s hard working and always available. Highly recommended.

Cris Boza and his team have impressed me as most PM companies on the Beach are famous for being horrible and lacking any kind of customer service skills. Cris is the contrary. We hope to never lose him. He follows up, cares about our property even though Trident has many, and shows up. Great job Trident and keep it up!

The company took quite a long time to attend to my request, which was frustrating. I'm not sure why it took so long, and I had to follow up three times via email. However, once the technician arrived, the experience improved significantly.
The technician, Mr. Jose Montano, was very kind and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and proceeded to make the necessary repairs efficiently. His technical expertise was excellent.
While the technical service was outstanding, the customer service aspect needs improvement. If the initial response time were quicker, this would be a five-star review.

My experience working with George Zamora, Monique Freitas, & their team at Trident Real Estate in Miami Beach was nothing less than outstanding! Why? Because they listened to me. I told them the type of buyer I did NOT want and they understood. My apartment sold to the very first buyer, who expressed their interest to me 10 minutes after everyone left the apartment to go on to the next unit. My experience of selling & then buying another apartment with the money from the sale was timed down to the last week, with much help from George. The entire transaction, sale, purchase, move, even boxes broken down and stuff in its place, took 34 days. Time was of the essence and even George's recommendations of real estate attorney and movers turned out to be excellent, as well. The customer service provided by George and Monique could be outdone by none. I love my new home and am grateful to them for their many suggestions and actionable tips to make the transaction and transition, as smooth as possible.

Terrible experience with Trident Management. They never pick up the phone and never return calls. It's as if they don't understand that we're paying them to manage our property.
Our condominium board is handling the tasks we’re paying Trident for, and their only contribution seems to be sending online bills through an outdated website. Given their treatment of homeowners, I can’t imagine renting from them. Unfortunately, we’re stuck with them for now. Completely unsatisfactory service.

This review is for two specific employees for Trident.
Cathrine & Rosana.
The building that I lived in for a little over three years had two different management companies, Trident was the second company.
When the Board Of Directors chose Trident to manage our building, we had several different property managers until we had Cathrine. Cathrine’s management of our building on Michigan Avenue exceeded our expectations, and she gave a lot of personal attention to to even very minor issues that we were trying to resolve. Our building pretty much ran itself and had an active and involved Board that worked very closely with Cathrine.
I can imagine that being a property manager of many buildings, especially in South Beach where everything is so old must be thoroughly exhausting. I want to give Cathrine props for doing such a good job with our building while I lived there. She was also extremely helpful with the sale of my condo as well, answering the buyers questions and giving information in a timely manner so the property can close on time. I want to highly recommend Cathrine as a property manager, and I hope Trident knows what a valuable asset she is to the company! There is no comparison to the quality of her management skills compared to anyone before her within this company.
Rosana is a CSR for Trident.
She was usually the first person that I spoke to about any kind of an issue that I needed information on. She always got back to me by either a phone call or email every single time that I had a request.
Like I noted before, the building which Trident managed that I was an owner in and part of the Board was probably one of the easier buildings for Trident to manage. The board of directors kept up on everything within the building and we made sure that all of the owners and tenants were following rules. This kept the building virtually problem free, quiet, and a desirable place to live.
Rosana was very helpful with the buyers when I sold my condo And even her husband helped me with a last-minute project on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. This is incredible personal and excellent service which I appreciate!
If you are thinking of hiring Trident to manage your property, my advice is the board members need to work with the management company And the residence who are owners that live in the building are in charge of controlling the narrative to make sure that the residents of the building are following the rules. Your property will maintain or increase in value as well as the other owners. Also, when you are living in these 100 year old buildings in South Beach, you will need to spend money on assessments from time to time, and you must realize that this is part of living here. Do not fight with the management company when they tell you that things need to be fixed!
Thank you Cathrine & Rosana for your service while I was an owner!
