The response to maintenance requests has been excellent. My only issue is with timing. My requests are usually a big deal- losing AC in the middle of summer or heat in the middle of winter, or a toilet not working, as w last week. They seem always to happen on the weekend, so the lag response time means they don’t get taken care of for 4-5 days. W the AC out in the summer, it was just about unlivable. I’d go to a hotel in the future. Maybe check for messages on the weekends or have a special # to call. Give permission for an emergency service call? Otherwise, the service is great…

I only have good things to say about The Bridge Property Management agency. Tom and Pery are very tentative, professional, and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and never rush onto another client, allowing you to be heard. Giving you the time to think and ask questions. I appreciate their knowledge, experience, and the fact that I can get their professional advice. I recommend this agency and am grateful to have found them.

I've owned my rental house for over a decade and always managed it myself. I've now moved out of the area so decided to look for a property management company. A friend in real estate recommended Tower Bridge. I interviewed 2 companies and decided to go with Tom and it was a great decision. Tom and his staff are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. Now I only wish I'd done it sooner!

Tower bridge property management was quick respond when my bathroom ceiling had a leak. They figured out what was broken and repaired everything. Repsone time was fast and work was completed in a timely matter. Everything has been repaired and we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome! Thank you to Ana and the team.

We have been with Tower Bridge Property Management for about a year now, and the experience has been outstanding. Tom, along with his exceptional staff Ana and Beneth, have been absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond to proactively manage my property, handling countless details in the background so I don’t have to worry about a thing. Their expertise and guidance have been invaluable, and they are always ready to offer helpful solutions. What truly sets them apart is their communication—it’s crystal clear, polite, and consistently professional. Whether interacting with me or coordinating with contractors, they ensure everything runs smoothly. Working with this team has been a stress-free and rewarding experience.

STAY AWAY!! Don’t listen to ANY of these fake 4-5 start reviews. I’ve lived here for a long time and never heard anyone by these names..IM TRYING TO DO YOU ALL A FAVOR!.. living here because it’s cheaper and seems like a nice location isn’t a good enough reason once you see how this place operates. Spend the extra $100-$200 if want to truly get your moneys worth. READ BELOW AS TO WHY ⬇️ 1 - POOR COMMUNICATION: Management never responds or only does when they feel like it. 2 - FREQUENT CAR BREAK INS: management has been asked multiple times to install evidence but never has in over 5+ years.. 3 - TENANT BOYCOTT Every unit went on strike for a period of time due the lack of effort, ignoring emails/texts, not enforcing rules like no smoking, no curfew so younger tenants can blare music and party till the sun comes up on weekdays. 4 - LOUD/BUSY ROAD: Next to a busy street where cars/motorcycles like to rev their engines going up and down the st over and over again 5 - WALLS ARE PAPER THIN: The units have as much sound proofing as a cardboard box. Footsteps sound like 50lb weights being dropped, parties/small get togethers make it seem like the floor (2nd story) or ceiling (grwd lvl) is about to cave in. 6 - SOUNDS CARRIES EASILY: Voices carry through the vents/pipes so you can almost hear everything including when a couple decides to turn the lights down low. 7 - MANAGEMENT HELPS MANAGERS: Only rule that is enforced in a timely manner is their ‘$75 late fee’ if you pay even just an hour or a day late gone have to cough up $100. A ridiculous amount is added just to use a debit card. 8 - VERY GREEDY: Management doest care if a single mom with 2 kids and 2 job lives on the 1st floor or even if a new born baby did.. They will allow college kids to not only move in above her but allow non residents to live in the unit, don’t enforce noise policy even if cops have been called numerous times and evidence of the extremely loud behavior. They want a check and will only kick out bad tenants after years of misbehavior and only if THEY feel like it. 9 - CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION: These apartments are outdated and cheaply maintained. You will find several appliances/amenities half ass thrown together like the contractor was drunk. Power lines/Internet cable cut for no reason, no mollys (fasteners) holding in towel racks ect, bad wiring making light switches useless/dangerous. Woken up at 6am everyday even on weekends to banging of a hammer + power tools, parking spot taken away AND MORE! 10 - NO REIMBURSEMENT: Eeven if everything I listed above were to happen all at once, it would be a cold day in hell before management took just $50 off rent due to daily construction, woken up due to upgrades, no parking and popped tires from old nails dropping… non of it is worth making a tenant comfortable, seen or heard. 11 - POWER TRIP ABUSE: Management will use the power against you more than for you
