If I could give them negative star rating I would. Have had water damage in my unit since may. Their fix - giving me a fan and telling me to point it at the ceiling. More damage after milton and they tried to send someone here to simply chip off the paint and repaint it. Not open up drywall or ceiling. There is zero communication from our property manager - in fact he simply ignores you when you call or text. I wouldn't believe any of these 5 star reviews. I work in seo and these are obviously bot fake reviews. All my neighbors and I have had the same experience. 3 months after hurricanes and pretty much nothing has been done. Our backyard wasn't even safe to walk through and we had to clean that up. They sent workers to my unit and left for more than a week with a light hanging from the ceiling.
