Adam at Keyrenter St. George came very highly recommended from my real estate agent, and I was very pleased with how hard he worked to get my property rented. He communicated well, gave suggestions to help increase interest in the property, and guided me through the process of becoming a landlord. Adam’s exceptional service has given me peace of mind, knowing my property is in good hands.

Talking with Adam on getting everything complete as well as working with everyone to get all of the necessary box's checked off was a great process. Only real issue I had was that there was a second application sent in and the process to know if I got the unit or not was cutting it a little close for me to be fully comfortable. Once it was approved, the process was very easy.

Adam is exceeding my expectations of what a Property Manager is. He quickly assessed our situation and provided a solid project plan. He hired and oversaw several property repairs and improvements and promptly got us back on the market with a qualified Tenant.

I have worked with Adam on repairing one of his properties. He makes sure that his properties are clean, well kept and safe for the tenants. He doesn’t just put sketchy/cheap “bandages” on issues, he takes care of them the right way. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for property management services.

Adam and his team at Keyrenter are an amazing property management team. His responses are prompt, considerate of our time and privacy and he consistently resolves issues and follows up until we are satisfied. I would rent over and over again with the support of Keyrenter. Its like renting from family. Adam is professional and genuinely cares.
