I have worked for and rented from a few property management companies, and I have to say Real Property Management Ignite is the best company in Central Oregon to rent from!!! Even companies I’ve worked for do not have the attention to detail, helpfulness, and a team that is polite to its tenants, than these folks do. I have only worked with Brian and he is super quick on emails. He checks in with you after you move in, making sure that everything is good. He is always making sure that your move is as easy as possible and if you ask him a question or for something he is happy to help out. Not many companies will do that. If you want to rent from a company that is above reproach, honest and will take care of you, then you need to rent from these folks.

I have been working with Brian and everything with the rental has been seamless. Brian takes care of everything. The fees are comparable to other Property Management Companies and the support has been outstanding.

I was referred by a good friend, to someone in this office, who eventually put me in touch with Ryan F.
Being someone that was coming from out of state, I knew generally where I wanted to be and basically what needs I had that I would be looking for.
I have been to the Bend/Sun River area many times before and have always loved it. But I knew that I would have to fly up and back and look at just a few properties to get an idea of what was available.
Once I was connected with Ryan, I felt like I was speaking to a friend and it wasn’t long before he showed me just the right spot.
He listened to everything I talked to him about and was thoughtful in figuring out the exact perfect spot!
His professionalism was top notch and it started from the first time we spoke and has continued throughout the entire application process and beyond.
I would highly recommend this business if your looking for your next place to call home and if you need someone to help you find “just the right place”, ask for Ryan!

Real Property Management found us excellent renters. The renters are paying on time and keeping our rental property clean. The property manager, Brian is easy to contact and is professional. We will definitely use Real Property Management when the time comes to rent our mother's home.

Ryan was outstanding in his customer service. He took a lot of his time explaining how it all works. He was patient, courteous and very helpful. It turned out that we didn’t need a property manager this time but I will absolutely call him when we do. If his management service are anything like his customer service over the phone I know i will have made a great choice.

Right from the start, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. The application process was smooth, and they were always responsive to my questions and concerns.
Maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally—a welcome change from past experiences. The maintenance team was respectful and efficient, ensuring any issues were resolved promptly.
The property itself was well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to providing a comfortable living environment.
Their transparency with rental payments and lease agreements was refreshing and built trust from day one.
