I’ve been a resident at the 502 N 39th st building for over 2 years and the lack of security is scary! Doors being left open all times of the day/night, no protocol for emergency services to get into the building so they had to break down the main entrance door leaving more security and mailing issues, lack of communication between tenants and the management staff, worst of all my packages keep being stolen because there are no cameras on the property. Please fix this immediately!

Due to this company having a crazy application process and overlooking great tenants. I am not a fan of the outrageous rental criteria and or the process it takes to even rent a home from this company. After doing 2 applications giving all of my information and paying the fee to turn around and be denied is so obnoxious.

I attended an open house in Menomonee Falls with Welcome Home Milwaukee today. The place was small but very nice. Modern appliances. The property manager was fantastic! Isaiah was well informed, funny, and professional! He gave us a lot of information about the company and the property. I highly recommend Welcome Home Milwaukee! Thanks Isaiah!

WHM recently started managing our property and we had our first maintenance request. Stevie was fantastic, very professional and experienced. He looked after all the issues and then a few more small things that he noticed on his own. Overall very satisfied with WHM and with Stevie particularly.
