Do not and I repeat do not rent from this management group. They are horrible to rent with. They were all so quick to get us to sign our lease so they can get our money but then when it came to fixing things they wanted nothing to do with the property. When some of the appliances needed to be fixed, it would take them a couple months to have somebody come out and fix it. And even then the appliances would be half ass fixed to where they would break again in a couple months. Had an issue with the water smelling like rotten eggs due to the water sitting in the water heater for several months during the summer and it wasn’t fixed until 2 months after the maintenance request was submitted. Oh and have a lawyer or a professional review their sketchy lease agreement before signing it. My girlfriend and I were getting sick every time we would stay here and spotted mold and water stains in the downstairs vents right below the master shower and sinks. Don’t bother reporting the mold to Wilson cause they won’t do anything about it and instead give you 7 days to pack everything up and vacate and then permanently terminate your lease so they can get someone else in there that hopefully won’t notice the mold and stains when they paint over it. By far the worst and sketchiest management company/landlord I have ever dealt with.

Wilson Management Group deserves more than a 5 star rating. We had trouble finding the “perfect” rental property, to the point we felt defeated. Then, a Wilson Management home became available. We applied site unseen, toured the home, and within a little over a week we are already moved in! Joe really helped us along through the application process and made everything less stressful for us. When my boyfriend went to put the deposit down he was welcomed by the owner who made him feel like they’ve known each other forever. We are so lucky to have come across Wilson Management Group & can’t refer them enough!

We have had Wilson Management handle our rental home in Ocoee for over a decade until we decided to sell the home. They have been excellent. Lionel, our agent has gone above and beyond time and time again. He has gone over and checked the property right away if we had a question or concern. They have worked seamlessly with our home warranty company when applicable and been able to recommend reputable and reasonable repair people when necessary. All tenants were well qualified, and we never had one problem with the tenants that they placed. This was not the case when we had previously rented the property ourselves. 10% is a small price to pay for the peace of mind you get when Wilson Management is watching your property.
