I have been a tenant for a little while now and they are very quick to respond, listen and attempt to address concerns. Carlos Benitez is always nice, respectful and professional in responding to my questions or concerns I have had. I enjoy the consistency of dealing with the same person as they operate under teams when you contact, if any issues do arise. Maintenance is always addressed in a timely matter as well. Their process system to address tenants needs has been effective and efficient.

When dealing with the owner of my condo not repairing the AC in a timely fashion (7 days without AC), my assigned maintenance guy, Melvin Sanchez, with Renter's Warehouse helped so much in getting things done. Within 2 days of reaching out to him directly, he handled communications with my landlord and my AC got fixed.

RentersWarehouse has made it easy and less stressful in managing my rental property. Kathleen V. has been extremely helpful and helps take care of any issues I may come across with repairs and maintenance of my property. She responds in a timely manner and always keeps me up to date on the work and provides the documentation for my records. She and the Green Team are great.

Tasha was very helpful and a delight to work with. Very attentive and knowledgeable. So glad she's our inspector.
Update: After five years in the same house we are sad to be leaving Renter Warehouse. Latasha is the most amazing inspector. She cares about the tenants. She works hard to make sure you get the help you need and that you understand what the next steps will be in each process. She has gone above and beyond in each one of our interaction's!

After placing my maintenance request, I heard back from Melvin Sanchez within the hour. And within 2 hours, he helped find a resolution. So quick! Takes a lot of weight off my shoulders.
Update: It's been a year now and inspections have come up. Tasha was our inspector and she was super friendly, helpful, and listened to my very few concerns. She offered her contact info if I needed anything. Very glad to have her looking out for us! So far, any issues have been resolved super quick.
