My experience with renters-warehouse has not always been the best with communication in the past years however there seems to be a-lot of changes. I was changed to the Blue team and Carlos Benitez has been so professional and responsive. The maintenance supervisor Melvin is also really great. Not only does maintenance text for updates but he calls to verify work has been completed to my expectations. I plan to renew my lease based on the much improved service and appreciate their kind speedy and professional service.

Carlos was one of the sweetest people. He listened to me and went above and beyond to help me. He has stayed in constant communication and solved my issue within an hour. Melvin is really nice too. He constantly emails or text messages me to make sure everything is done and working. He really cares about his customers
