An outward message of hope that RL Property Management will clean up its act. Several tenets here at the west Moler apartments have spent months using our own accord and hard earned money to upkeep this property. We have all spent time and energy reaching out and putting in the proper requests and steps towards PROPER property management. They continue to belittle the concerns of the tenants & overall do not care for the safety or health of the people living here. I have reached out calmly, angry, frustrated, and anxious on numerous occasions. I am fed a tale of “we are trying” as things continue to get worse. Grass being over 7 inches high with various snakes living in the yards. No camera with safety concerns of multiple homeless break ins to our laundry room. No help guiding the city to concern with our BROKEN street light. I have spent days cleaning the laundry room for our tenets and even going as far as re attaching drains that the property managers blame the lawn team for but refuse for over 2 weeks of rain fall to come fix. The only thing they were able to do in a timely manner was set out towing signs after a complaint about the grass being far too high. We were told this weekend about 3 weekends in a row. The safty of tenants should be #1 for all property management companies. I have reached out several times to the point of the RL ceo blocking me on LinkedIn. I am not a Karen or boosting just to tear down a company but when it comes to the safety of multiple tenants on the south side of Columbus - where they allow pets but then do not cut grass causing snakes and other harmful issues. I pay my rent a month ahead. My apartment is SPOTLESS and passed every inspection. It isn’t me coming at them for no reason. This has been over a year of absolutely no improvement. Including someone letting a tenet get away with spraying a fire extinguisher in the laundry room (pic attached) simply because they can not turn a camera on. (They also purchase good reviews for google )

I had a great experience as a tenant for 3 years. The property was well kept and pest free, the respond immediately to maintenance requests or concerns. And the best part, I got all my security deposit back when I was ready to move out. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND RL PROPERTY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT RENTAL PROPERTY AND A PLACE TO CALL HOME!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very unorganized and no help at all. Their property has bugs and instead of letting new tenants know they allow them to sign the lease and move in. They charge you for things left by them before your move in and when you bring awareness to it they try argue you down, then when you ask for proof that they suggested they had they don’t give it and simply stop responding. I would never recommend renting from this company. They’re scammers who take advantage of their tenants. And would recommend doing your research on the company BEFORE dealing with them.

I was initially annoyed with how Maintenance was handled when I first moved into my house. Since then the maintenance has improved 100%. I even have a favorite guy, Aaron. He’s always cheerful, helpful, informative and he doesn’t mind that my furbaby loves him. Would definitely recommend.

I have worked with RL properties a couple of times and I have been impressed every time. They are prompt in their responses, have great homes/apartments and they genuinely care and respect their tenants! I would recommend their properties to anyone who is looking for a safe and comfortable home.

Great experience. My girlfriend needed a place to stay in Columbus while I was looking for a house and they had the perfect space for her. When we needed to break the lease because I purchased the house, Michael made the process smooth and easy.
