I was looking to rent a home in the Minnesota/Wisconsin area, and was able to work with Melanie Holzbauer. She was on time with every showing, easy to get in contact with, and followed up after every showing. She made some great suggestions before we found our new home. I highly recommend you reach out to her if you need to find a new space! You will not be disappointed.

Worst experience renting a big house in WI through them. Dirty house at time of move-in, exposed wiring, many health hazards, weeks to months to respond to any request including exposed electric wiring. The broken microwave is not fixed after MONTHS since request and many reminders. Many safety and health hazards not addressed. Would not recommend renting house through them, atleast in WI.

LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR RENTAL MANAGEMENT!!! FROM A PERSON WHO HAS OWNED RENTALS FOR YEARS...I was ready to sell all my rentals, because of all of the issues including non payment, low quality renters who had no respect for the properties, constant complaints from neighbors, evictions...I could go on and on! The second Jay, Melanie and David came on board my stress level went to zero. Jay and Melanie know every detail of their full coverage leases and how to enforce and handle any eviction cases or renter issues. They background check all the applicants at their expense! THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. If there is any type of a problem at all they fix it immediately. You can be as involved as little or fully in every aspect of your property management...which in my case is very little! You have final say in everything including who is put into your property as well as what amount you rent it for...all of our properties were evaluated and our rental amounts all went up ....which also included a very small fee for eviction protection as well as maintenance fees to protect furnaces etc in your homes....at the renter's expense! You will not be disappointed with their abilities! They will also handle any maintenance with who you want to be the handyman (yourself if you wish!) DAVID ARRANGES ALL THE SHOWINGS AND DOES ALL OF YOUR INSPECTIONS. AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE. HAVE ALL THE BENEFITS OF OWNING THE PROPERTIES MINUS ALL THE HEADACHES! Give them a call today their fees are well spent money...that they actually provide for you by getting your properties evaluated and keeping your rental rates up where they should be. The tenants can communicate any issues they are having and get them taken care of in a timely fashion as well. WIN WIN FOR ALL PARTIES INVOLVED! CALL YHEM TODAY...AND START ENJOYING YOUR LIFE.

I have had Renters Warehouse manage my property for the past year. They have gone above and beyond. Dave specifically has been wonderful to work with. Answering my questions and doing a wonderful job matching tenants with my rental. I would highly recommend them as your listing and management company.

Renter's Warehouse has managed one of my properties for almost a year. I am very happy with their matching me with good tenants, all aspects of their management and maintenance, and I prefer their tax information to that from other property management companies. While some applicants (tenants) might get frustrated with the process, I think Renters Warehouse runs the property like an owner would. I would highly recommend their services to other property owners.

I attempted to reach out and submitted an application for a rental home and I just did not receive any real follow up to a simple question. I attempted to call one of the agents and the voice mailbox was full which is telling. I did receive one short email response with no real information but it took me to follow up again to get an answer that my application was not processed or moved forward at all in a week's time. Management and open communication is sorely needed. The lack of professionalism and organization from this group is troublesome but unfortunately fits with experience with Renters Warehouse I had as a landlord with a property I owned across the river. Again, poor communication when needed. I'm not needy, but when there are questions or an answer is required after paying for something professionalism would speak to a desire to quickly help customers. Getting basic courteous contact shouldn't have to be pulled out. I would not use the service either as a landlord or as a potential tenant. Be prepared for poor communication and poor follow-up.

I think my issues are more with the property owner than Renters Warehouse. I rented an over priced and under maintained house for 18 months as the owner insisted on that term. I moved in days after the previous tennant moved out. The house needed work. When I moved out, they kept most of my deposit even though I cleaned, and left the house in as good of shape as when I moved in. The house still needs work even though new renters were in several days after I left.

If I could I wouldn't leave any star's. This was the worst rental company ever. The night we signed our lease we had to meet David and Jay at one of the homeowners properties. Of course after they went to the bar ( probably discussing ways to screw renters over). We never got a walk thru as they advertise. But when we got our inspection report back and asked a question they didn't like, they would respond with a question. As the law requires we are to get our deposit and a letter stating what needed to be fixed within 21 days. We are still in the same state and it's been 26 days and nothing all we hear is I'm not management call the office.
