Amanda and her staff have been a great help. They are very easy to talk to. Their scheduling system is amazing. They have everything ready at your scheduled time. I was able to sign my hard copy paperwork and get my 🔑 during my lunch break!!!

I have not utilized a service such as this before and was pleasantly surprised at the support I received. Rolando was patient and responsive thought out the process and I appreciated his attention to detail as well. In addition, Rachel was helpful in answering all my many questions when I stopped by the office.
Adding on to this to include Randa who came to the rescue when a last minute issue with the property became evident. She quickly worked to remedy the situation and made my move much less stressful.

We have been with service star realty for 1.5 years now. Any issue with our rental has been a great experience. They have a very easy to use portal for repairs or concerns with our rental. Every issue has been taken care of within a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with the customer service.
