My father is In the process of applying for a condo in Saint peters so that he can be close to me , my sister and his grandchildren of course and he’s in his 70s So he’s not great with technology, but this company process has been so easy for him. Especially since he would prefer to talk on the phone, there’s something really personal about the technology or apps they’re using. He was very worried at first, but everything has gone great Yeah, no problems understanding what to do as far as a The self touring process. Amazing!!

Scheduling a visit was pretty simple. Just a few steps and you are setup to setup tours. I had to come back and update my review. It was simple to schedule but receiving the link and getting code was something totally different. I had setup a time and arrived at property but link wasn't working. I tried calling and no one was able to help. I did as suggested and rescheduled for later today and same thing happened saying wasn't near location and still couldn't reach anyone to help. Very frustrating when I left work twice and no one has returned my calls all day. I thought this would be a great management company. Now I'm kind of skeptical that they don't have anyone to assist either way.

I like how you can set up a tour hassle free and no agent or landlord present so you can focus on the property and not have someone asking questions ions the entire time. Had a little bit of issues getting the tour setup in the link. Once I figured it out it was pretty easy setting it up. I would recommend for anyone to use it.

Nathan and Joe took good care of my property for over a year. They helped me a lot with any works that were required during the time that they managed my property. They are incredibly helpful and professional. As an out-of-the-state owner I can really say that they truly are my boots on the ground.

I've been really pleased with Nathan and his team at Real Property Management Endeavor. They are great about documenting everything with photos before and after. When work needs to be done, they usually get two or three quotes and all competitive. I when I had a multifamily property I was considering, Nathan was wonderful, and came with several tradesmen to give me their thoughts about the scope of work. I find them to be great partners in my success.

So far I’ve been in my apartment home since February 2023. The next time I look for an apartment or house I need to really vet the rental company and check things out more thoroughly. I feel that because so was desperate to move fast and liked the property I didn’t pay attention to all of the concerns and issues I am now having . It still have been a pretty good experience and well I look forward to living in my apartment the remainder of my lease time.

We just recently switched over to RPM Endeavor after two unsuccessful PMs to manage our rental there in St. Louis. Nathan and his team, from day one, has been very responsive, professional, timely and honest in their work and communication. They make every effort to respond accordingly, be it via text or email. They make it so I do not even need to call. Nathan, with his military background, from the first time we spoke, has established a sense of trust and integrity in what he and his team does.
The experience has met my high expectations in a PM company so far. Thank you Nathan and team.

I had a great experience overall working with Nathan and his team. They are great at what they do and we'll connected in St Louis. He has a wealth of knowledge about real estate investing and also about the st.louis area. He was kind enough to take time from his schedule to share his knowledge and experience with newbie like me. Tenants placement was really quick and I looking forward for doing more and long term business with Real Property Management.
