They are very professional and great with communicating when there are concerns! Hi "Carolina" and "Rodrigo", I'm a local single Latina mother and small business owner. I lived in a property owned by Rodrigo and ran by VESTA properties, PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS "THREE FOLD PROPERTY GROUP" (115 Ballew St, Canton NC.) I'm assuming you do what any landlord does and change your organization name every time you get a lawsuit. Apparently my potential new landlords spoke to you instead for a tenant review, which was the last step I needed after I got approved with my income and credit. I haven never even spoke to Carolina in my life as Ierie from Vesta was the one I was in touch with, and you told these property managers I was a horrible tenant despite not owing a penny to Rodrigo, paying on time or before the 15th with a late fee. I even left this dingy property with a washer and dryer in which they kept despite asking for it back, I left January 5th which was the exact time I was asked to leave. There was mold inside the property and the rigged HVAC system on the property was constantly breaking both in the Summer and Winter. Rodrigo left my daughter and I with 40 degree weather constantly, even resorting to blaming my dogs fur for the damage on the HVAC. I have proof via media of all this. I have been documenting this lack of ethics since I moved in because I know what kind of people you are. Thanks to you, my daughter and I have been homeless since January. You're far from any moral basis, I'd even go as far as saying an evil person. Sad to see fellow Latinos so capitalized to a point of ruining any chance had at housing. When I'm back on my feet, I'd love to circle back and file a lawsuit for what you've done to my family. I have all the proof of the times Rodrigo left us with no A/C or heating. As well as the mold he let accumulate in the house. I see Rodrigo was able to renovate the house to livable standards and sell it for $280,000 despite buying it for $60,000 two years ago. You're what our community calls "slumlords." You don't even have the decency to return my phone calls or messages due to you have a ghost office in which no one is ever present. I will also be filing a complain to HUD with my caseworker and legal aid. I'm currently working with Pisgah Legal, everyone is aware of how far from ethical Carolina's Rental Management and Vesta Property Management is. Regards, Charlotte

She helped me at every step, and was instrumental in getting me into this apartment (that I love so far.) Vesta was quick to return my calls, and on top of any issues or confusion that I had during the application process. I have had nothing but great communication with them.
