I had an exceptional experience working with Elias. I’ll admit, I thought his “Eli the VA loan guy” moniker was kind of cheesy. However, a VA loan specialist Hawaii is exactly who he is. After working with him I can say he earned his moniker! He guided us through every step of the process. He is a broker, so he was able to offer a much lower interest rate than we were quoted. His honest advice and good communication made us feel confident and informed throughout the entire journey. If you're looking for a trustworthy mortgage loan officer for your Hawaii VA loan, I highly recommend him!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Elias and I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received. From the very beginning, Elias showed his knowledge of VA loan guidelines. He promptly produced numerous pre-approvals, many of which were on homes with a VA loan assumption ie he wouldn’t make any money. I got an offer accepted with an assumable Hawaii VA loan with an interest rate in the 2s because of Elias’ help. He ensured I never missed a beat in the fast-paced Oahu housing market.
