How to find the phone number of a property owner
Looking for property owner's contact info? You can get it right now.
Use Property Data Book app to run an address search and get the owner(s) name, mailing address and phone number instantly. No account is required, no subscriptions.
Property Data Book also indicates if the owner is Absentee, out of city, out of state, or a corporate owner. It verifies U.S. phone numbers, and identifies numbers as business, residential, landline, and cell phone.
To find the owner contact info, you need to know the property address. The app will uncover who owns the property and will append the available phone number based on the owner(s) name and the property mailing address. This sophisticated algorithm allows achieving append rates as high as 60%.
You can enter the address manually or choose an address from your phone Contacts. You will need to get the Property Report, which contains the owner contact info.
1. Run an address search:
- On the middle taskbar, tap the 'Address' button > enter an address, then tap 'Submit';
or
- Choose an address/phone number from your phone Contacts: Tap on the 'Contacts' button on the middle taskbar > tap on a contact from your contact list > tap on the contact's address or phone number.
2. Tap on 'Get' button on the Property Summary screen to get the Property Report.
3. In Property Report, tap on the owner's name to view the owner info.
To save owner's contact info in your phone Contact list, tap on the icon in the upper right corner of the pop-up.
To quickly download the app from the iTunes App Store, open Safari web browser on your iPhone and enter getPDB.mobi in the address bar.

I'm sorry, we have retired the PropertyDataBook app last June, but most of its features are now available in our new TopConnector app. The new app makes it really easy to find out information about any U.S. property (business & residential) and its owners just by touching a house/building on map.
If it's a nome, you'll get:
If it's a business, you'll get:
