Peter Neill

Peter is the co-founder and one of the managing partners at GSP REI, a vertically integrated, technology-driven real estate investment company specializing in the redevelopment, leasing, and management of single-family affordable and workforce rental housing throughout the mid-Atlantic region.  

Experience

Peter has a background in the distressed mortgage investment industry, as well as investing in and managing affordable and workforce residential investment properties. Prior to co-founding GSP REI, Peter served as the director of investor relations at PPR Capital Management, a distressed mortgage investment company. There he learned the ins and outs of investing in first- and second-position mortgages and managing private real estate investment funds.

Over the years, Peter and his partners have grown GSP REI to over $55MM in AUM, actively managing a diversified portfolio of over 420 single-family rentals and first-position mortgages. Through their various investment offerings, GSP REI works with private and institutional investors to help them achieve their investing goals and add recession-resistant single-family affordable and workforce housing to their portfolios. 

Education

Peter received a bachelor’s degree in media business and entrepreneurship from Temple University. He also earned a certificate in construction management from Temple University. Peter holds an active real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania.
