As a new tax professional, Natalie quickly realized that the normalcy of 90-hour weeks, dinner in a cubicle, and providing a lack of value didn’t sit well with her. It was this discontent that led her to real estate and ultimately to start her own tax firm.
She started her real estate journey in the worst way possible, by attending a weekend guru seminar. Although the seminar didn’t turn her into a millionaire wholesaler in six weeks, researching their exaggerated claims is actually what brought Natalie to BiggerPockets!
Natalie has been active on BiggerPockets for over seven years and continues to help people with their tax and real estate questions almost daily. Utilizing BiggerPockets to help start her investing career, her strategy has evolved from flipping mobile and manufactured homes to buy and hold investing.
