Lacee Beitler

Lacee Beitler is a buy and hold investor in the great city of Pittsburgh, Penn. She works full-time as an IT/Compliance professional.

Experience
Lacee has been investing in real estate for five years. To date, she has completed 11 deals and owns eight units—a mix of small multifamily and single family homes. She is working on building her investment portfolio alongside her husband and business partner Matt.

Lacee and her husband currently self-manage their portfolio and are well-versed in terms of working with tenants, property financials, and building maintenance and repairs.

Like many investors, Lacee fell into real estate by fully renovating her first home, making it her and her husband’s first (accidental) flip. Her family just moved into another live-in flip—this time with two toddlers! They are using this primary residence as an opportunity to learn a different side of the real estate business and hone their project and time management skills.

When Lacee isn’t working or investing, she’s spending time with her two kiddos.

Education
Lacee earned her bachelor’s (B.S.B.A.) from Duquesne University, as well as her M.B.A. from Waynesburg University. Both are based in Pittsburgh, Penn. She is currently pursuing her real estate license through online classes.
