Kyle Spearin is a full-time real estate investor, real estate agent], and Boston native. He purchased his first live-in flip at 26 and became fascinated with real estate. Since then, Kyle has scaled up to flipping 5-10 homes per month.

Experience

Kyle is primarily an out-of-state investor who focuses on the fix and flip strategy in markets such as St. Louis, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Raleigh. Although he already owns rental properties in Boston, he also plans to begin flipping in his hometown in 2024.

Kyle combines his passion for real estate investing with his love of helping others. He runs a meetup in Boston to empower others to take control of their own lives through real estate investing. In addition, he designs and teaches real estate courses.
