Jennifer has been an investment-focused real estate broker specializing in buy-and-hold investment properties since 2009. She has been investing in rental properties for 13 years and owns a 239-unit rental portfolio comprised of value-add multifamily properties across multiple states. She also has experience self-managing.

She is the broker and owner of Agents Invest, a real estate investment-focused brokerage based in Seattle, Washington, that has partnered with multiple out-of-state investor agents. Jennifer works to streamline the process of selecting markets, sourcing on- and off-market deals for investors.
