Jamil Damji

Jamil Damji is an internationally renowned real estate investor and wholesale expert, entrepreneur and costar of the A&E series Triple Digit Flip. Jamil’s experience spans across two decades, having mastered the art of wholesaling real estate. He is the founder of KeyGlee- a real estate technology franchise and Astro Flipping- a mentorship program designed for budding entrepreneurs.

Jamil has been in real estate since 2002. He “accidentally” found himself in the business after overhearing a homebuilder talk about looking for a certain type of property for a development project. The next day while out walking his dog, Jamil came across a house with a for-rent sign and immediately called and asked if they’d be interested in selling. His first real estate transactions profited him $50,000 and he never looked back.

Since then, Jamil found success leveraging creative real estate transactions to build a strong portfolio. He has completed over 5,000+ transactions worth over $30 million dollars, consistently closing 60-80 real estate transactions per month. He successfully founded and built KeyGlee, the #1 wholesale real estate company in the nation with over 180 current franchises and over 100+ employees. 

Jamil made his television debut in October 2021 as a co-star on the new A&E series, Triple Digit Flip, where he shows viewers how to make a six-figure profit on fix-and-flips in the competitive market of Phoenix, AZ. He’s also a panelist for On The Market, a BiggerPockets podcast.

Jamil lives in Phoenix, Arizona and when he is not making multi-million dollar transactions or filming, he enjoys spending time with wife Natalie Gallant, and their two daughters Tayla and Karisma, and being a foodie.
