During his years as an engineering solutions manager for enterprise clients at Hewlett-Packard, Eric bought multiple investment properties. He was frustrated by the minimal support that typical Realtors provided investors. In response to this business need, he established the Fernwood Real Estate Investment Group in Las Vegas in 2005.

Utilizing processes from the commercial world, Eric developed a data-science-based investment methodology and process-oriented execution strategy. He and his team provide a one-stop investment service solution, including investor education, property identification, validation, transaction management, renovation, and property management. To date, he has delivered over 490 investment properties to more than 180 clients worldwide. His repeat business rate is >90%, and almost all his clients are remote investors.
